4.1. Routes -> Сontractor base

In order to add a contractor to the route sheet from the “Contractor” menu (Fig. 4.1) you need to hold the corresponding contractor with your finger until the “Add contractor to the route” window appears and click on this inscription. Next, you will see a calendar in which you need to select the appropriate date and time of the visit. Attention! The contractor will be displayed in the route only after passing synchronization with the “Update data” server in p.2.4

4.2. Routes -> Map

Also the route list can be built from the map, such route construction is convenient for the “Optimal route”. When we choose a nearby contractor. To add, we press on the plotted point until a window appears in which we can find an information about the contractor (the information corresponds to the lines that we pointed when setting up the list in p. 2.1.1.)

To add a contractor to the route, click the button until the window “Add contractor to the route” appears and click on this inscription. Then a calendar will appear in which you need to select the appropriate date and time of the visit. (Fig. 4.2.)

Attention! The contractor will be displayed in the route only after passing the synchronization with the “Update data” server in p.2.4

When you click the button , you will be taken to the contractor card.

4.3. Routes -> Route List

In the menu “Routes” p. 2.1.3. the route for the current date will be reflected, contractors for which operations have already been carried out will be highlighted in orange, and contractors for which operations have not yet been completed will be highlighted in black (Fig. 4.3.).

When you click on a date in the route sheet, you will go to the calendar where you can see the routes for any day, and you can also see the number of contractors for which no visits were made (Fig. 4.4.).

4.4. Routes -> Edit Route

In order to edit the route you need to hold the corresponding contractor until the message appears (Fig. 4.5.) “Move contractor along the route”, “Remove contractor from the route” and transfer the point to another date or time or remove the contractor from the route. By clicking on the calendar, select the route display date.
