3.1. Contractor – > Creating a new contractor
To create a new contractor, you need to press the menu button and select “Add New contractor in the “contractor” main menu. After that, the contractor’s card with fields for filling will open. The employee fills in these fields. If the fields are prohibited for editing on the PDA, but are reflected on the PDA when entering data into this line, the “Accept” button will be inactive. After creating a new contractor, click the “Save” button. The employee will receive a notification that the contractor will appear in its database only after verification by the administrator (Fig. 3.2.)

Attention! A new contractor will come to the central database with the status NEW. After checking the new contractor by the administrator and changing the status of the contractor from “New” to “Active, transferred to the PDA” at the next “Data Synchronization”, this contractor will be displayed in the “contractor” menu.
3.2. Contractor -> Contractor Menu
Choosing the appropriate contractor in the database you will get into the menu of this contractor(Fig.3.3.). This menu consists of the following sub-items. Top menu:- Contractor Card (Information)
- Contractor coordinates
- Customer accounts receivable
- Notes
- Edit (contractor card)
- Operations (complete the task)
3.3. Contractor -> Contractor Card
The contractor’s card stores all the data that should be displayed by the employee on the mobile device. This card can be created both by the WEB-interface and by a mobile device user (p.3.1.). Also this card can be edited if the details of the contractor have changed. To do this, click “Edit” in the lower left corner of the screen and change the necessary fields. If the phone number is entered correctly for the mobile device, then your employee can make the call from the card by clicking on the number indicated in the card.
3.4. Contractor -> Map
In the upper left corner, clicking on the “Coordinates” menu will bring you to a map on which an employee can:
- See where the contractor is located and how far the employee is located, and if you select the specified coordinate, you can build a route in the navigator if the terrain is not familiar (Fig. 3.4.).

3.5. Contractor -> Сustomer debts
In the upper right contractor menu there is a submenu “Сustomer debts”, by clicking on it you will receive information on the debt of the contractor as well as the amount of overdue debt. This menu is informational and no operations can be done in it. If an employee receives money from the contractor it is necessary to perform the operation “Payment” (Figure 3.7.) How to perform this operation you can see in p.2.2 и p.3.7.

3.7. Сontractor -> Operations
In order to perform an operation (Fig. 3.9.) You need to click on the “Operations” menu in the lower right corner, then when you click on green button + ,select the operation that will be performed at the moment.

Next, we enter data on the selected operation according to the tasks (Fig. 3.9.)

Also, the “Operations” menu stores the history of every contractor of already completed operations(Fig. 3.11). View a list of previously performed operations with possible filtering by type by clicking on the button 
.
At the same time, a number of operations will be coloured grey (these are operations that have already been sent to the center and you can only watch them), black ones have not been sent yet – they can be edited. The history of operations is stored on the mobile device, and after 30 days it is cleared automatically not to load the device’s memory.
